“A Dance with Deception” by: Charles Colson

Recommended Age: 17+ (to have the basis/an introduction for how to have these unique conversations.)

288 pages

Description: Here are more than 150 commentaries on life in America today, transcribed from Charles Colson's daily radio program "BreakPoint". Colson pulls no punches in this confrontation between the myths of modern life and the truth of God's Word.

My Rating: 5/5

I really enjoyed this book! I love how it is formatted and strategically discusses each issue in multiple mini letters (of sorts). The only con is that the book is definitely getting old. Many of the statistics are way off.

Notable Quotes:

“There’s only one way to make life ‘rich and full’ - not by turning to government but turning to God.” (Page 136)
